Our staff are experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with both clients, introducers and lenders alike and are there to offer support and assistance whilst providing an administration service for clients claims.

Our expertise covers the full range of activities involved in providing administrative support on financial irregularity claims. This includes maintaining regular contact with clients, assisting lenders queries and ensuring that a high level of quality service is maintained throughout. Through our expertise and knowledge we are able to assist clients in identifying the maximum number of claims they may have, across the range of financial products they currently hold or have held in the past.

As a company, we pride ourselves on our down to earth approach to assisting individuals with their claims. This includes explaining the processes in plain English, and ensuring that clients are kept informed at every point in the processing of their claim. We provide a full training service for introducers and their administration staff, to ensure their full understanding of the service, This includes initial and ongoing training.

Based centrally in Peterborough we are conveniently situated ideally for meetings and training sessions although regional meetings can be arranged at convenient times.
